Project Narrative
This project increases the skills of SIM personnel to better implement principles of good practice within SIM's AIDS response framework, (home based care, orphan care, prevention and enabling), by improving planning, monitoring, evaluation and networking.
The project:
1) provides workshops
2) engages local, regional and international expertise (from the SIM AIDS consultant)
3) develops a standard Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation workbook
