    Project Narrative

This project provides community health services and training for the Mabaan people and surrounding area populations of South Sudan. To achieve this, a clinic has been established in Doro, Mabaan County, Upper Nile State, South Sudan which includes a community health workers training school. Graduates of this school have, in turn, established and run village health clinics in different villages throughout Mabaan and other regions.

    How will your contribution help?

The new state of Southern Sudan lacks many of the basic healthcare resources first world countries take for granted. Your contribution to this project goes towards placing health care workers in areas of greatest need as well as training up healthcare workers who will provide service to their communities over the long term.

    Current Project Focus

To train health care workers for the Mabaan people.
