Refunds, Returns, Exchanges Policy

Where you have received from SIMaid faulty merchandise (T-shirts, beanies etc) SIMaid will refund the purchase price on receipt at SIMaid of the faulty item. Depending on our stock, we may be able to exchange a faulty merchandise. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange/return.

If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to a particular project, we will honour your request for a refund made within 14 days of your donation. If your donation has been sent to the nominated project the donation is not refundable. Please take care in nominating a donation and destination as SIMaid policy is to have the funds sent to the project within 28 days of receipt of your donation.

If you donate to a project and SIMaid becomes aware that the funds are not required (e.g. a project becomes fully funded) SIMaid will contact you to request advice from you about where to place the funds – whether that be with another project or refunded to you.
